He ended up dropping

it dosent matter, he ended up droping past the deadline. he should be DQd the same way he would be if he had set it up right. in the rules it states 30 mins. if he had set it up right he would have been automaticly DQd so he should be awarded a loss and me a win automaticly. it should be the same rules
