they dont just kill the child if a second is born its not like that if the family wish for the second to be killed it is but the reason y the parents wud wish to be killed is cause it is frowned on in china, in china children get free daycare for there parents to work and if a second child is born that is takin away from them and like there welfare or sumthin is takin away from the family so the government puts them in a situation to kill the child or suffer to survive
