we came, but you ended up leaving in the end it was bitter sweet
i couldn't hold things together and the emotion robbed us both
but as you left you didn't. i know its the story it applies to me the most
but i could have sworn that at a moment a look over your shoulder
could have. solved it all, the fact of the matter was we were both looking
looking to be validated. but we miscalculated the involvement
but our regrets were transformed into love of the purest form my love
with you not a second was wasted not a thought dismantled
you were sophisticated and at times elegant but thats not what
kept me at your side for so long. it was the look before you cried, honesty,
the smile you loved to hold. like it was your last.
i loved the way you doubted yourself
it gave you the sense of realism that none of the others ever could of have
there was never remorse in the undertone of your voice
you had the confidence . that always gave you undying support
your personal struggles were what made you strong and i admired that the most
i'm sorry for being so specific but you always said i lacked honesty
i tried to give you emotion where it was due . but it was never the right moment
so you , you moved on . i won't expect you to Retour Ã- moi
the natural response and the way you loved was to no cost
all the things you had . that i could never acquire, but you were genuine
and you never meant anything by it. the cornered effect that it took on all . affected those who never met you. they were cursed by you. compared and contrasted never truly reviered . but if i learned anything . from them all
its that to be real and love. you need a chance to forgive and live
before you figure out you can't have it all.

the moments i use to be lost in you
we would just lay there and i would conduct myself
the manner in which we would . we could.
if anything we ever had it was more than what they prescribed
what they had suggested . it wasnt what they had a chance to corrupt
the corruption of their thoughts and their misjudgement
couldnt have given us as we were a chance to start it all
this mix of jumbled up words and mistaken love was all we needed at most
if we were cursed by the dark . the night was where we took it all
following those stars . watching as we waited for the fall.
but that was in the middle of the spring
all for nothing but the memories. they were caught
and left in the open for all to see. the feeling of loss was never
the subject of the hidden conversations .
i don't know if you remember. but i wiped your tears .
as they began to fall , you looked at me . pure and just
it was never a thought it was always the knowledge of what was to come
in your time when you were hurt the most . you took refuge in what you knew best
lost love and misconduct. as it took your hand you drifted away from us all
it was never your intention just what path you took .
no one can bring you back from what you hold dear
if they saw you now would they recognize you or would they fear?
fear what they do not know because they do not understand you like i do
in the moment of pure emotion we both came to a realization
and it was far to much to just leave . forget this by a dance
love another for what they were and not who they are.
