Alright, for the record, i AM white, so excuse my "stupidity" since I'm not up to par on hip-hop culture, considering I'm in a heavy metal band (I came here for the poetry). Alright, I was searching thru threads and I asked myself "Why do these people think they're so cool for doing dumb shit?". Like this one dude was bragging about how he go arrested. What is so cool about being a criminal? Am I not the only one who questions this? Or all these people doing their "drugs". What's so cool about killing yourself with a substance? Yes, I am a retired drug abuser, but if you really think about it, it's gay. Or living in a "ghetto". What's so amazing about being poor your whole life? Is it cool to not be able to afoord things in life? Since when and why? Am I missing something? Being poor doesn't make you "hardcore". It makes you poor and that's it.
