1. Get an image(any image is fine) i will be using this image
![]() 2. Duplicate the layer of the image u want to enhance ![]() 3. Take the botom layer(the original) and go to Filter>blur>gaussian blur. set the blur to 3.0. ![]() 4. Click on the first layer ontop of the blurred layer and set the image to overlay. ![]() 5. now that you have ur effect, hold ctrl+E and that should put the layers together. this is what the final version should look like: ![]() I hope you have found this tutorial usefull.
