Neon Glow Text!

IP:

Making a huge jpeg takes to long, sorry. Lol

1. Open up Photoshop and create a 300x300 document, RGB White.
2. Get the paint bucket and fill it with black.
3. Put your text on, make sure its a script font.
4. Duplicate your text layer. Right click on duplicated layer and go down to duplicate layer.
5. Hold CRTL and click on your duplicated layer. Your text should be outlined now.
6. Rasterize the layer. Right click on the duplicated layer and scroll down to rasterzie.
7. Edit > Stroke, then change the settings to..
Px = 4 px
Centered
Color.. this is a good neon blue (40CAF7)
8. Right click on duplicated layer then go to blending options. Check Outer Glow and change it to these settings..

See where it had a yellow square checked off and a gradient yellow to transparent? Click the box to get to the color changer and change it to the color you made the stroke. In this case
(40CAF7).

Structure
100 Opacity
Elements
12 Spread
10 Size

^ Those are the only changes you need to make.

9. Deselect the dotted lines outside your text.. just grab the marquee tool and click somewhere.
10. Put the orginal text layer ontop of the duplicate and change the orginals mode to overlay!

TADA!

Hope you enjoyed it.
