brotherhood (1943-2005)

IP:

i had a great idea for an OM, i tried to put myself in the life of a 'negro' and how they were treated from 1943-2005.. been in the making for about 1 month 4 days ago..

1943: Veiw of a negro of the world

Everyday arising-from-the-dirt, try embracing-brutality,
Not that i'm disguising-to-be-hurt,, but facing-reality
Permanent bruises across my body and all my bones-broken,
Have a preminesion of a future where all that's known-spoken
The savage rapes, ruthless beatings, and curruption-in-police,
White people going crazy and create disruption-in-the-peace
Always in sight-of-frustration, as i fight-for-salvation,
Being threatened and harassed by a white-organisation
Learn to survive-being-broke, Life isn't equal-or-united,
Expect to arrive-seeng-smoke, as people-are-ignited
They keep squeezing triggers and each time it gets louder,
They turning our color to white just like their gun powder
Cant believe these savages enjoy cracking-our-gristles,
Their skin is white but their hearts stay Black-as-there-pistols
I no longer fear-the-ending, feel like this years-extending,
Like time is slowing down and that i'm near-descending
One day we will brake out the shell. and stand up as a race,
One day we'll learn to read and spell, Something no one can replace
I noe there is a day where i wont be feeling-so-sour,
Await the time where brothers arise n be stealing-their-power

1965: veiw of a Black Panther

God has shone the light and allowed us to present-our-desendents,
The black color of our skin now represents-independance
Life now matters-on-ya-bread, and the residence-complextion,
Issues shatters-on-ya-head, such as the presidents-election
Soldiers being sent-to-war, unfortuneatly some-of-them-black,
Unwilingly went-to-shore, most of them come-from-the-shack
Being sent to vietnam, where all we'll do is pull triggers,
Exploding napalm, but no Vietnamese called us niggers
We'll stand-and-fight-together, to be recognised-as-superior,
we'll demmand-our-rights-are-better, to oversize-the-inferior
We now refusing-the-slaughter, and embrace life in inside-hands,
We still losing-the-quater, but now we collide-clans

2005: veiw of an Africian American

The times have changed, the box has broken so we see life shine,
Cause in this 'race' we use 'tracks' and try reaching the 'finish line'
Still being chased-by-cops, always being faced-by-stops,
But at least now we on stage, respected and placed-with-props
Things will never be fair, We'll always be living in despair,
All my brothers stand up now we all live and compare
