I am pissed, and I'm not sure how to handle this type of anger. Here's why, my dad, said he would help us clean out our shed so a guy could buy it. Tells me, 'I can do it'. I'll bring a load to the house, and then we can unpack. So what does he do? He takes what he wants from the shed, and goes back to his house. That frickin bastard was gonna take stuff from my mom and I and lied to me.

And then, when my mom confronted him, he let his girlfriend yell at my mom and touch her! I tell you what, if I see his girlfriend I am going to knock the shit out of her. Woman or not, no one touches my mom and gets away with it.....

I need a way to relieve this anger, any suggestions would be appreciated....
