YOUNG BUCK IS GOING TO TRIAL FOR ASSAULT

A judge presiding over the Young Buck case ordered the G-Unit rapper to stand trial for an alleged stabbing during the 2004 Vibe Awards last fall. After a man assaulted Dr. Dre, a fight ensued and, prosecutors say, that Buck is seen on camera stabbing the man. Superior Court Judge James Dabney said there was sufficient evidence to justify a trial. According to the Associated Press, Buck’s defense lawyer said, “We're confident when all the truth comes out, he'll be exonerated.” Young Buck has previously pleaded not guilty to assault charges.
