Theres a lot of dope text heads around, but I think if you dont do audio theres a lot of aspects of rapping you dont understand.

Theyre two very different things. Text you've gotta worry about structure, stretching your lines, complex wordplay somtimes involving bolds/fonts/colors to tell the reader what the wordplay actually is. Audio you've gotta worry about what beat you're using, quality, flow, how to make wordplay witty, but still understandable without explination, delivery, what to write about over the beat... etc

So when a text head starts talking shit to an audio head, its like a ballerina wanting to dance battle with a breaker.

And I think people that do audio feel superior because its a bit closer to being a genuine MC. Writing lyrics is an important part of rap, but spitting lyrics is more important. We didnt see LL and canibus having a text battle..
