What gets really annoying, is when people vote against you in topicals because you don't have enough

when you're obviously not basing your verse on it.

Our topic was 'Awakening Creatures', with me and Tweety. I don't really care if I win, but the shit is stupid when I had a piece clearly met to NOT be emotional, and then someone says I don't have enough emotion and gives it to the other person.

My approach --- awakening in the morning, going to work
her's --- possession

I notice the voter didn't say anything about vocabulary, I guess that doesn't matter.

The difference between me and Tweety's verses was she was trying to be deep, which isn't original, and I was trying to make a twist to it, but she still gets a vote because I don't have something because I wasn't trying to do that.

Really, I'm tired of people breaking things into categories when people are obviously shunning some types. Maybe you're supposed to use them all, but I don't see how it makes sense sometimes. Raw emotion mixed with a humor piece? It'd be messed up. Shit's stupid.
