If I Lose This Battle?

Hey Everybody This might seem Mucho Loco But Umm
I Had a Banishment Battle with Mc Diettruck and Im losing it and I was wondering If I Lost it would I have to be banned I Mean its not a IP banishment Battle so why should it Matter So What do you guys think should Happen? Vote it up Really quick
