all across the world there fucked.. crashing issues.. lol.. Microsoft is Notorious for realsing shit before its actually problem free..

i remeber when XP was realsed there was 650 Known errors by the Tech team at microsoft, but the marketing department didnt care.. Thats why there was a wave of patches and service packs that came out right after the realse.. maybe now they will learn there lesson.. money hungry shit heads//
