hate to break it to you, but your charges are definitely not double jeopardy. One charge apparantly is posession (which they would have hit you with regardless, since it's your car) after dude threw his heroine needle out of his pocket and into your car. The second charge you're facing sounds like violation of parole, which is entirely different and if you cursed at the judge, they prolly stacked a few contempt of court fines.

Call a lawyer. There's tons of services in your area that's willing ot give you free legal advice, but it may be too late for this. Tell a lawyer your situation and if you have a valid case, he'll instruct you to spend $25 and get a copy of your cases transcript so you can appeal the case. They'll even have you appeal while in jail. Of course, if you win it'll either be a reduced sentence, no sentence, or you'll get to sue them. In either case, CALL A LAWYER!! IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA!
