Fasting

Who else does it or has done it?
I'm fasting all this week for personal reasons. I believe fasting weakens the body, thereby strengthening the spirit. And, I feel that I need to hear spiritually to know where I should go in my life right now. Anyone else fast for spiritual or health reasons? |
