i watch a lot of spiritual programmes and basically spirits tend to re-visit places that were of great value to them in their time in their physical body...most of the time it's places i.e homes. But the woman may have had an experience on that particular mattress...i unno it's unlikely something so significant would make a spirit leave a place to somewhere thats unfamiliar from what they know...but it's probably an extreme circumstance...talk to the old lady you bought it off find out why she sold it because if there's nothing she can suggest...then it's something to do with your house and not the mattress...sometimes new things can introduce spirits...some don't like the change others welcome it but chat to her then that may answer ya question more
