How the fuck do I place a IP Relay call to somewhere outside of the U.S.
IP:
Cuz that fucking IP Relay customer service operator did NOT help me at all. So, is there anyway to place a call to somewhere outside of the States using IP Relay without having a TTY or having to connect to the Global Relay. If not, how the fuck do I connect to the Global Relay without a TTY?
