The only standardized rap I really listen to is Sage Francis and Slug.

But ya, most rap just bores me, plus I live in the burbs so I was raised by a mom who was into grunge rock like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Ect. So, I started out in rock and the only rap I like is the super original and intensly creative artists and works.
