I think that it should be a mix of both......cuz if you take shit serious too much its just boring you gotta loose up and have a party track....all that....I love hearing intelligent soul filled rhymes is good..I love the shit...but you gotta realize that shit just is dumb if you take it that way all the time........its just u know :yawn: thats what makes a rapper good......Like Tupac man....he didn't always keep it serious he was an all around artists.....he went from street,too love,too club too real shit....and thats why pac is the greatest of all time too do it in my eyes...he was soo damn versatile and has a track for every mood
