Since the audio section doesn't get instant replies and LL does... here goes:

Okay got a new mic, the cot-dang interface AND the pre-amp and it's all connected properly. So errr, i go to Cool Edit and press record ANDDDDDDDD it records through the left channel only.

Is that okay or no?

And I know I can convert it (manually) but I don't want to do that EVERY single time I record.

So any solutions in which I can fix that ish so that it records through both channels OR am I just doing something REALLYYYYY wrong?
