those are just two lines. You been a Game fan at different time periods, you should know yourself. So what if he names rappers? He said it himself, even NaS gave him props for doing that. Basically bigging up all the rappers he gives respect too. It's better Games way, then to do it Jay-Z's way and bite their lyrics to big them up.
