Man, 50 Cent really knows how to get the people talking. I wasn’t even going to acknowledge this but he forced me. He reportedly said this about Oprah during a taping of BET’s “106 & Park.”

And he started talking slick on Kanye, who I still believe is doing some of the best music in years. I’ve said it before, I don’t agree with 50 on this. But its still kinda funny.

"Oprah will have a rapist on her show and have a discussion about why they do it, but won't have a rags to riches story on her show. She'll have Kanye West on her show. I think middle America would rather have they kids be gay, than have them aggressive."

LOON ARRESTED IN AFRICA?

Former Bad Boy rapper Loon has reportedly been arrested during a video shoot in Tanzania, based on my intel. The rapper allegedly punched a man on the set of a video he was shooting in the African nation after he failed to secure permits for a shoot. Additionally, a number of personnel had reportedly not been paid, including Nancy Sumari (Miss Tanzania). James Kinsey of Dusk Till Dawn Entertainment was the alleged recipient of the beatdown, but I can’t find much on this. What I do know is that Loon definitely went to the Motherland to do this video. The shovel-wielding rapper was upset, because Kinsey allegedly failed to secure permits. I been telling you all, Loon ain’t that dude all smoothed out with Diddy. More on this as it develops, cheah!

IN DEFENSE OF JIBBS – NOT EXACTLY

I have the new XXL, but I haven’t read it yet. Anyway, they reportedly have a story on Jibbs and they say that he recorded that “Chain Hang Low” song about three years ago. My boy Theory tells me that the producers didn’t like Jibbs’ young voice at the time. They just dusted the song off later on and a star was born. What’s stranger still is that the song is actually a minstrel show tune from waaaay back in the day, which has been magically updated for public consumption. All in all, it’s kinda sad.

WU-TANG RETURNS!

Wu Tang, Wu Tang! I heard Wu has started to work on a new album. Some people may cry that Wu is over, but I think its prime time for them to return. Meth did good number for and artist with no promo and Rae is down with Dre. Ghost is Ghost and the rest of the Clan like Deck and Masta Killa is actually cranking out some good music.

A SPICEY REUNION? Rumor has it, Scary Spice (aka Eddie Murphy’s babe Mel B) is bringing back the Spice Girls. The word from Star magazine is that the reunion will take place in Leeds, her UK hometown.

Halim and a few other people took exception to me referring to Jehovah's Witnesses as a sect. Hey, I really didn’t mean any harm.
