so i decided to quit smoking cig AND weed

thats right, im no longer the medicine man........
i havent actually quit altogether but ive cut down excessively this week went from 10 cigs a day to TWO and two blunts a day to half a blunt in 4 days any succes stories or ideas i can use to quit and stay off ? |
