My mom's 401K value has gone down 25%. -_-

I was about to get into it and the day before I was going to buy stocks it went down 500 pts. So I waited it out, sure am glad I did.

The only thing going up is gold and I am sure it will drop $30 tomorrow. Problem is if you pull out you help the stock market crash, if you stay in you lose your money till it bounces back.
