but i'll tell u one thing that is kinda workin for me since the xanax aint enough now,this shit called diaphram breathing......first i thought it was a joke but it actually fuckin works..it took me a while to get the proper technique for it to actually work..try it when u are havin bad withdrawals from xanax.....

if u breathe into your stomach (diaphram) instead of your chest n u fill ur diaphram with air until no more can fit n u let it out through ur mouth u do that shit for like 10 mintues it knocks u the fuck out like u in a coma almost....it actually reverses that anxious feeling from withdrawel of xanax....it is the opposite of hyperventilating......read up on it i actually paida specialist to teach me cuz i didnt wanna up my dose.....................

after i do that breathin,it slows ur fuckin heart down n calms u down so much dude its like scary...................

p.s. did u know theres an interaction with grapefruit or grapefruit juice n xanax?dont ever mix the two
