first of all make sure you get the smaller and hardest pana de casa bread loaf you can find and then dice tomatos, red onion, basil, garlic.....sprinkle sea salt ontop of the mixture and grate some parmisan aswell as a bit of feta cheese crumbled up then douse the whole thing in extra virgin olive oil...
