Rhymes are tight. Just need help w/ flow

yo my rhymes are where i want them to be right now considering that i'm only 14, but i really need help with my flow. it's pretty good most of the time but i always have to rush myself and i can't really think of how to chop down the sentence and still have the general idea of what i'm tryin to say.
