Regardless, I've seen worse than this...
Try listening to someone good... exposure is often all it takes to get the wheels turning. You ARE locking yourself to flow, which you artificially manufacture by keeping three-line bars. I would recommend talking about something honest (ie not killing me, not having sex with my mom, not money... etc) and keep on subject. When you're weak in rhymes, talking about how "dope" you are is just off-putting and tired. I would check out the Wackness Emergency Center on the site. Also get a better attitude about it... it's hip hop. "Just gonna have a little fun with some hip-hop"
