Stranded empty handed, we were branded with this curse
Standing arms spanning, candid...hit lists rehearsed.
Things got worse, reminiscing on past times, hectic
Like a wreckage...set up dead vines, we were infected.
Elected to go first...the burden rode our shoulders
Then entered our heads...how the lord fucked us over.
Not cowards, but soldiers and stand for our rights
Fighting the system our hardest plight, from my eyesight.
No delight when you suffer and no suffer without pain
Why so many die, it's even tougher out of vain.
We seen the light and everyone has sinned in fight
But how long will anyone last with glocks in sight?
That's the question, and now the precedent is more set
To the days where we finally allied with war vets.
And commoners saw truth and resided with teary pride
Fast foward to the day..America nearly died..

Night turned day, but why did that day stab us?
Fuckin' terrorists used our shit and shattered us.
We've gone thus far, but our securities had us fathomed
The skies turned gray for a moment..thats not the last ones.
The task was to rid of several culprits, no proof yet
That any of them are deceased...us looking is useless.
After that day, the mourning of loss was normal
The history of our country is like a book with no moral.
I mean only those who lost close ones...do regret
Their guard was down...and now everyones upset.
But we saw flags flying high and basically cynical pride
And don't deny the fact that you have never cried.
It's never a tie, the result is loss or win
If you didn't lose anyone then I guess you win.
But let me tell you it's such a sad thing..you see..
Remember Pearl Harbor the day supposed to live in infamy?
I guess we forgot that...and Vietnam...the Cold war...
The list goes on...and were the enemy on distant shores.
We fight for freedom, which we already have..
Other countries fight for life...and thats what makes it sad.
What I'm saying is America should be greatful..
Our false senses is what makes us so shameful.
War's never end...they reside inside all peoples
You never see war on poverty...just wars that make us evil.
The devil will take us under, cause things really got to change
But our veins flow with bad blood until the pouring rain.
