At one with tha computer i sit and type for hours/
times passed without return from the higher powers/
unsigned,resigned to creatin topics originally thought/
new and inventive but no signature or cd's bought/
people are blind i must remind them to open there eyes/
everyday an internet emcee dies but noone cries/
bein unknown and alone at your computer isn't fun/
i feel like the invicible man and i'm on the run/
from tha majority of emcee's who have no topic/
gather them and put them into a nuclear rocket/
set the ignition alight and blast them to the moon/
no remixes left or gravitational dick ridin bafoons/
only room for tha master race of hip hop elite/
emcees who rhyme with passion and never retreat/
we call these few and chosen ones internet emcees/
like you and me we rhyme for the music not tha fees/

I look for ways in which i can describe what it's like/
being a strugglin emcee who knows he's one with tha mic/
but noone wants to hear tha truth comin from my lips/
they wanna see videos with chips and chromed out whips/
thats ok though i'll continue to live life then express/
emotions and reality which i know can sometimes depress/
tha majority of people who only want to listen to beats/
coz without producers some emcees wouldn't be spittin heat/
with lyrics so hollow and unmagical compared to my own/
but as an internet emcee your forever cursed to be alone/
caught up in the world wide web like the spiders prey/
nowhere to go internet emcees are destined this way/
too remain like a creature who lurks in the depths/
waitin for that oppurtunuity to flow live to the decks/
and show that they knew they had that skill all along/
it's just about gettin tha chance and expressin it in song/
