System of a Down. (They are the Public Enemy of rock.)
Judas Priest. (Old fashion heavy metal.)
Rolling Stones. (Old fashion rhythm and blues.)
Godsmack. (I just like singing a long with them really.)
Phil Collins. (He's rock. And he kicks ass.)
Loudness. (One of the few Japanese heavy metal bands that are any good.)
Saul Williams. (The way rock/rap should be.)
Art.Official.Intelligence. (The other way rock/rap should be.)
Pitchshifter. (It's mostly noise, but they aint repetitive and sell outs like Linkin Park.)
Nirvana. ('Nuff said.)

Rock music is strange. On one hand, it's mostly just annoying white noise. On the other hand... well... I dunno.

Not into rock much myself anymore but if you want a band that can actually pull off rap-rock or as they call it crack-rock, then listen to twisted method. theyre from my hometown and just made it big in july of 2003. their album is definitely worth listening to. only rock band i listen to anymore and only cuz i kno them
