Structure - fatlip, damn ice pick! work on your stucture a little cuz, you have stretched lines every where..
Flow - , i mean, it's hard to differentiate, they were a tie..
wordplay.. ice pick got the wordplay because his rhyme scheme wasn't all that basic as fatlips was..
punches - Ice Pick, he atleast had some, fatlip didn't have any..
opener - Ice Pick came a little harder..
closer - I didn't get fatlips, so i'll give it to Ice Pick

overall ice pick has more experience and it shows.. tho he lacked stucture he had punches and wordplay that kinda ate fatip, so my vote goes to you ice pick.. 1
