You already know that you're going to ignore Doomsday. It's not like you were trying to grasp a difficult idea to understand. Telling yourself to do something over and over again that you already know you're going to do still isn't resourceful.

You don't see me being like, "Mimesis be sure to take a breath in 2 seconds." Then, "Ok, will do, man." I already know I'm going to breath, and you already know you're going to ignore Doomsday. Shit isn't that hard to figure out.
