I make my shot i high arch shot and with the ball in my hand i flick my right wrist
I mostly do Inside shots lay ups and dunks but my 3's are horrible
as for handles i was born ith good handles but to handle well you have to have good eye cordination to see where your dribbling (Don't focus on the ball focus on the court to make a pass or focus on his foot posistion to shake the defender off) and to see whether the opposing player attempts to steal the ball
