the beat is WEIRD. not my favor, an not really well produced, its really scratchy. verse1 is too quite. flow is ok... couldnt tell you about the lyrics, i dont understand any of it, it needs upped volume wise... chorus is ok, its repeated too much, that sampled voice is annoying as hell. verse 2 is better volume wise, still could use upped a bit. volume is good an lyrics are good, i can understand this one = ). work on your mixing, an find beats that are better produced.

listening through audio technica ATH m40fs's:

the first verse is WAY too quiet. the beat is type loud, and the first verse needs some compression in a bad way. the highs sizzle a little too and its just flat out hard to hear jack shit you're saying over the beat. the beat it self is ight. the hook is flat, needed at least another layer on the vocals cuz you sound like you're just droning on.

second verse came in a little too heavy on the deliv imo should have come in a little slower then worked its way up becaues the rest of the verse can sound flat and boring after you come in on a heavy attack like that. i'm saying that form a club trac kpoint of view since that's evidently what you guys were goin for. you have the same problem as the first verse, the beat just overwhelms you. i dunno maybe you guys turned the beat up to try and hide your mic humming. that's what a noise gate is for.

how the hell you only gonna have 2 verses on a song liek this?? wordz shoulda done a third verse for this to make it more rounded off, but both you guys shoulda turned the beat down beacause its WAY louder than either of your vocals. i can't even give feedback on your lyrics as individuals because i could barely make out what you 2 were saying and the beat was shouting so loud back at me whne i searched in those spaces that i didn't want to "look".

I just stoped there coz the beat stoped there but I can loop that shit out a bit more and also uppin the volume on the verse and lower the volume on the beat. But another reason why you may not be able to understand my verse is because some of it is in spanish but most of it is in english too.
