~got a question need some assistance

it seems for some reason i can load this or rapbattles from either one of my computers ....only way is thru my phone so im curious as to why the fuck that is as i can log into any other webpage but rv or rapbattles gives me that ole page cant be displayed ...if anyone gotta clue help a brother out ..pz

thats impossible unless someone jerked you and banned these sites from the browser you're using
keep trying and if it's not working try downloading a different browser and signing on from there. There is no excuse for such a thing.

There is no excuse for such a thing. well.i.tried.dloading a mew browserfrom mozilla but still wont load rv or rb will load every other website i can think of just not them two....alltho this browser did say the rv server isnt responding...i tried a few times kept getting the same thing its weird ...
