To me, best is taken by The Gza just slightly surpassing Ghostface and The Rza.
Worst is a tie of U-God, and Cappadonna

The best MC is Inspectah Deck, followed closely by Ghostface, GZA, and Raekwon.

The worst MC is either U-God, Mastah Killa, or Capadonna.
