the game play and everything else is just better.

For past players, does this game have drifting and drag races like the other ones? or do you have to play the game and later on you do it?

it confused me when i was flying round the streets and then got chased by police, i didnt know it had police on this one ended up having like 15 cars chase me lol

having the police chace you is actually a good thing in this game.......build bounty.....so you can race and move up on the blacklist
