Lots of times... Well for one, all the times ive meditated.

I once had a conversation with the way a strip of toilet paper fell and a sound that my bathroom blinds made.

I bounce a tennis ball around my place because I feel like it.

I lie down out of nowhere.

I sit outside.

I spin around on my office chair.

Are you saying that that stuff has a point? Its just playing around..

I do a lot of pointless things. And I dont do them to waste time, they aren't a waste of time.

And seeing as though you wouldnt do this stuff if you didnt decide to do it and take action towards doing it............Youve forced yourself..

But I didnt decide to do it... I just did it.

Its not like I go "hmm, yes, I think in a few minutes I might wander around aimlessly and lie down on the floor. Followed by a short session of talking with an inanimate object or bouncing a ball."

Havent you ever just gone, bang, and felt like doing something then done it? For no reason at all? Absolutely no reasoning behind the decision, doing something completely illogical?
