Filling Up On Food Before Work.

give me your thoughts on these:
A Job that takes a lot of physical effort A Job that takes a lot of mental effort tell me which one you'd rather go to work with a full stomache on or empty stomache, and for what reason. I personally HATE working on a full tummy if it's physical, it just makes it painful. Though I'm about to do it because I haven't eaten in over a day and I have 53 minutes on my hands before work insight, ill be back, peace.

mental effort in work u should eat.... but dont cram your face with junk food and shit... eat healthy... u know ceral bananas...etc... for phisical effort... i think you should eat.. but like something quick... just so u have some energy to do wut ever it is u gonna do... going to work on an empty stomach is like trying to write a song with no paper to do it on... it aint gonna work...

scanz, It'll work your tummy will just grumble badly. I've done it before.
Anyway today I decided not to fill up but eat half my breakfast and eat the other half after work (only 4 hours today since I sped shit up, i get payed for the hours I don't work.) And I was fine. Phew. I should start doing that more often.

If you have the willpower, don't eat anything for 5 days, only drink water. You'll find at about the 3rd day that your head feels clearer and more focused than ever.
