I gad temp councilling and they give u techniques, they mainly said before i was about to get up and do/say somethn about what got me vexed to stop for a couple of seconds, breathe and count to 10 slowly holding your breathe. Do it 3 or 4 times and should calm u down.

its nuts though first my heart starts beating solid n shit and then my body goes numb n shit like my mind can't sense nuthin but my anger it's crazy man BUT i think i've found something...calming music seems to do the trick for real lol |

Buy a punch bag. Take your anger out on that. Afterwards you feel really chill. I'm not an angry person, but if I'm feelin annoyed at whatever, a quick session batterin the fuck outta a punch bag really helps you feel calm.
