Nice interview, great job to both of you. I really like this thread, and I too, feel you should do it more often B2K. It has a good grass roots type feel to it. Lets you get to know the person in the spot light a bit. I say qwe need more positive threads like this. Maybe one a week even, if that's not too much...

and i wasnt dissapointed... dont know The Realist...but he seems cool in all i suggest you do this like a couple times a month... take suggestions from members of who they would like to see interviewed and then you make the final decision and i agree there should be an interview forum...would be nice to see..
