^ Technical aspects of your job, depending on what type of work you do, can land you right smack in the middle of the shit. Believe me, I have been in some pretty hot areas, bombs falling and gunz blazing, yet I am not even enlisted, but my Job put me right there more times than I care to reaccount! As a DOD consultant, I would be adding the technical higer up's of our armed forces, such as yourself if you go to college and enlist with a technical degree. So please be aware now, educaton does not shield you from the war as you may think. It can actually land you in the deepist of the shit!

He did it and that bastard works his ass off. so without question no matter what job u enlist for in the military u will be doing work.But my mom got lucky and got a job in Holland where they don't wear BDU's and can dress in any attire that they please, and for some reason i've never seen any military building where people generally don't do shit all day.

Bush may not be the best president or even the smartest or shit he may not even of won but the world is changing 4 the better, Sadaam's capture is better 4 the world.Do i believe its about way more then 9/11 yup.But he is doing ok.

Brother - Former Marine, served 4 years. Was in Iraq for awhile. Recon Sniper/Scout, Rank Sgt. Was behind enemy lines..THAT Bouncedoggy...is the deepest of the shit. He's got some serious anger management issues now though. Still a cool guy though.

Cousin - Army MP...not sure of rank. He's been in it 2 years(?). Was also in Iraq, he just got back as well.

Cousin - Marine Corps. Not sure on rank, served for 3 years and was in Desert Storm. Was Less Than Honorably Discharged due to religious conflictions with duty.

Uncle - Marine Corps. Not sure on rank nor years served. Don't think he saw any action.

Step-Father - Marine Corps. Not sure on rank. He was a mechanic or something of that sort. He was in Vietnam though...so even as a mechanic he still saw action.

Myself - College STudent that doesn't plan on joining the military...although I do have the utmost respect for anyone who does/did.
