They get clocked with a chair...

They hit the ground, clutching their head...

Whilst clutching, they unwrap a bit of tape, slice their own heads open a touch...

And then when they move their hands away from their face...

Walla! Blood!

How the hell could you use a blood pack?

Have you seen some of these guys busted open?

The camera zooms in to show the blood is dripping, sometimes pouring, outta their heads...

I'd heard something about that, but I didn't think it was true. So that's a possibility. Oh, just so you know though...when they bleed from the mouth, I know for a fact they use blood packets. Blood packets are actually blood capsules now. They're about the size of a birth control pill.
