My point is everyone in our defense sector thought Saddam was working towards or had the weapons. If the most informed peole of this and other nations felt the threat was credable, our President had to react. If not, and some poor nation was nuked, everyone would be looking to Bush for reasons he did nothing to prevent such an ordeal.

Yes, I really do see the woman on the ticket in the future. It really doesn't matter that I see this, but every political analist is talking about the very same. I mean, yeah when I first had the idea, I was in this by myself, but after a year or two the buzz started. I flipped out wheh I first caught news of this buzz, I mean damn who would of thought it. I know I did, but a real wisper in washingtons political circles, I mean come on. I was besides myself, I think I did the happy dance. J/K But yeah, I really think this a solid possiblity. You know Hilary wants the top job, I mean the lady is drooling over the thought. Some how it's sad, but I see a woman in office before an african american, that's just the way it looks from my perspective. Like I said, sad but more than likely true...

OK I take personnel offense at this comment. Not only are you way off base here, you just called me an idiot. Yes, I am part of the "Idiot Intellegence" as you have called it. I mean tell me why you call it Bush's intellegence, when it was the very same intel community and intel it's self, that approached Clinton. Yet no one on the left wants to talk about that. Evidence non existant, wrong again, only the weapons have been non existant, so far. It's been proven the weapons were in existance, it's been proven the program was in existance. What's really important here is the proff that they WERE destroyed, is non existant! Saddam was obligated via cease fire regulations and Un resolutions, to offer up prof of these KNOWN weapons being destroyed. Was there any documented prof? I think not! That my friend is grounds to reengage in war with his regime. The UN and international law experts everywhere understand this to be true, why do you think no letigation has been brought up against the US. It's actions were complelty legal and warrented. I agree with most of you, War is a horrible thing. Human evil has been the worlds problem from day one, and it still is today, bringing down Saddam lessoned that factor of evil in the world. If the liberation of good people from an evil dictator is not a responsibilty of the United states, then it must be looked at as a duty.

Bottom line is: World with Saddam= Evil
World without Saddam = less evil.
Makes sense to me...
