I work for the number two Defense Contracter in the US. I have offices out of El Segundo, Palmdale, Beal AFB in Claifornia. Warner Robins AFB, Osan S Korea, and many other sites I am not at liberty to discuss. I provide technical support for battlefield commaders which consits of real time imagery, weapons delivery, ARIEAL SURVALENCE, HIGH ALTIDUDE RECCON. Just some of the field work I do. When not in the field, I'm the lead engineer on one of the AF's most active reccon tiers. I integrate, design and deploy advanced RADAR systems for the DOD.

Money is not as good as you would think... It's not about the money though...

Hey jae you do understand that the kid could work in a state that pays more. In Cali Alberstons is starting kids off with $17.50 hour while the strike is going on. Which is still chump change, I'd rather not work then work for fucken scraps like that! I mean damn you couldn't do shit in Cali for that kind of money. Dont get me wrong I don't work there... I couldn't even afford my weed habbit on $17.50 an hour, that's a fucken joke. I'd cry like a baby if I had to work for $17.50 an hour, even double that is something I would laugh at. If your not making at least 100 thousand dollars a year in Cali your fucked. I know it souds high, but in Cali you either make money or live in the hood. I can't afford to keep myself in the hood with a daughter, so I had to get an education. I was already pulling over 50 thousand dollars a year by the time I was 19 with only one degree. Now three degrees later I'd be damed to work for less than 100 grand and stock options, education is the key my friends...Believe....

17.50 a hour is alot here. thats very good pay for new mexico. someone making 17.60 a hour could buy alot of stuff here....

I know I have firends out there. Many places in this country I could by a freaken mansion for less than I spend on a an average home here. Remember I have to pay for two house holds not just my own, so there is no way I would be able to live as I have grown accustomed to making that kind of salary. It's all relevent to your style of life, I tend to spend much more than I should, but hey I don't plan on retirement. I'd get my ass shot off before that happens any way.
