Both these rhymes were hot but here is how I break it down:
Punches: Murder (GodFather had more creative punches but Murder had more so I'll give him it)
Structure: GodFather (Easier to read)
Flow: Murder (GodFather's was easier to read but simple and I just enjoyed Murder's verse more)
WordPlay: both were good but I give it to Murder
