lol nice battle fellas.
state-good punches and shit. nice wordplay and all that but i hate hate hate hate when people put fake personals in their verse so that lost you major points. other than that, nice drop. fav line Battlin Chryme Sindicates Water Boy, This is an easy Target.. State Capitol- yo punches were decent..they landed..tha structure & flow was good..and u had a nice vocab..(eazy 2 read)..
raw material- yo punches were good to..not hard enuff tho..an ok structure..and a nice flow too.. Overall- State Capitol (Decree Wun) gets my vote cause..he had harder punches than raw..a better structure..and a nice flow to it..
