i don't like the blacklist...theres always gonna be DR'S...and always gonna be hate votes....but the fact is..you can never control both...and if you can't control both..your giving un fair advantage to certain individuals...say voting circles would take advantage of the black list option...because people that vote honestly..or hate..are unable to vote because of blacklisting...so unless you can control the dick riders...don't control the haters....because by doing that...you only benefit a select few..if theres always gonna be dick riders..atleast there will be haters to balance it out...
