tis aight..........a bit too distorted
main cut isnt real clear bground looks nice pixel font is a no..........the font your using is showing up blurry in spots dont use it unless you know how too also, add a 1px border other than that, its nice for a starter ill fuck wit some sigs today

click any layer
press Ctrl+A go to Edit>Stroke> Choose 1-2 Pixels, most of the time, and choose your color, change the setting to Center, if it isnt already> Press Ok then Press Ctrl+D to get rid of the marching ants (de-select)

aight, get me a sig wit a faded back round of eminem in 8 mile, dissin some guy, write in the top left hand corner in black "Personels are what I do" and at the bottom right hand corner in the same writin write "Like a Fucking Detective" in the middle write in glowin white with black around it "The Council" something like that, i'll let you figure it out, I got bout 126,000 wit my alias so I will pay, and if you make a nice sig, i'll get you into the graphix spot in the council
